Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales or key account management
  • Experience in medical device, pharma, or healthcare sectors
  • Proven track record of revenue growth
  • Proven commercial success and domain understanding
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Experience in agile, fast-paced commercial environments
  • Exposure to digital health, MedTech innovation, or data-driven sales approaches
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Willingness for regular travel
  • Language skills: German (C1/C2), English (C1/C2)
  • Familiarity with ISO 10993, ISO 18562, EU MDR
  • Experience managing international clients
  • Advanced degree or certification in regulatory affairs, MedTech, or business strategy
  • Knowledge of GLP/GMP environments
  • Consultative selling with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
  • High situational awareness and interpersonal tact
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
