Managing commercial interface for optical/electrochemical analysis systems in medical diagnostics. Several years B2B account management experience and fluent English required. International client portfolio, cross-functional team alignment.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B account management
- Confident negotiation skills and understanding of pricing
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Structured working style with attention to detail
- Fluent English; German advantageous
- Willingness to travel to customers and LRE sites
Tasks
- Serve as the main commercial interface for key customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operational and decision-maker levels
- Develop account strategies and align internal teams with customer priorities
- Lead price negotiations and contract reviews
- Manage customer forecasts for accuracy and profitability
- Monitor revenue and margin performance and initiate improvement actions
- Drive customer discussions on cost reduction and efficiency
- Coordinate product or material change requests and communicate implications
- Ensure commercial readiness for product transitions or adjustments
- Collaborate with Technical Sales, Customer Operations, Production, Finance, Quality, and Regulatory teams
- Clarify customer requirements and align on commercial impacts
- Act as escalation owner for commercial or delivery issues
Work Experience

Education
- High school diploma
