Requirements
- In-depth Enterprise/Strategic Account Management experience
- Selling complex SaaS or HW/SW solutions into major automotive OEMs
- Solid grasp of factory digitalization
- Solid grasp of Industry 4.0 concepts
- Solid grasp of digital twin concepts
- Experience with CAD, BIM, or PLM is a strong plus
- Proven ability to close new logos
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts
- Structured, multi-year account planning
- Commercial rigor to own, articulate, and communicate plan
- Sharp commercial instincts
- Ability to think long-term
- Develop compelling business cases
- Negotiate complex, high-value contracts
- Native-level German
- Professional English
- French is a real advantage
- Based in Munich
- Willingness to travel across EMEA
Tasks
- Hunt new automotive OEM logos across EMEA
- Drive upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts
- Own the full commercial lifecycle
- Define and drive go-to-market strategy for automotive sector
- Identify market opportunities in EMEA
- Refine NavVis' positioning and commercial direction
- Advocate for clients' priorities internally
- Feed insights into product and support teams
- Shape NavVis' roadmap
- Build consensus from plant floor to C-suite
- Turn multi-stakeholder organizations into long-term partners
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams
- Deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure flawless execution
