Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling Cloud Enterprise software
  • Experience in quota-carrying sales of SaaS business applications or software platforms
  • Demonstrable track record of consistent over-quota sales performance
  • Proven track record of senior level stakeholder engagement
  • Extensive experience in prospecting and closing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience in Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, CRM, ERP, Cloud enterprise software sales
  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence competitor products, Data Preparation, ETL, Database, Analytics and Enterprise Data Warehouses
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrable knowledge of key Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership principles
  • Creative self-starter who can work effectively within a strong team culture
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong storyteller with a customer-centric approach
  • Hungry for success and driven to achieve high financial rewards
  • Degree educated or equivalent academic/work experience
  • German language skills

Tasks

  • Prospect and qualify new logo business
  • Sell and close new business deals
  • Collaborate with Cloud partner STACKIT
  • Drive complex analytics sales cycles
  • Present value propositions to C-level stakeholders
  • Research prospect environments for business impact models
  • Create account plans and win plans
  • Develop business cases, ROI, and TCO models
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to account care
  • Work with BDR team to develop territory and target account plans
  • Balance long-term objectives with short-term results
  • Meet and exceed sales goals in assigned territory
  • Maintain knowledge of Business Intelligence software products
  • Position solutions through value-based selling
  • Coordinate industry events and user groups
  • Ensure effective sales cycle stages using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
  • Identify and manage business activity risks
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM
  • Leverage partner relationships for additional value
