Selling OutSystems AI Development Platform to enterprises, managing sales cycles from discovery to close. Over 10 years direct sales experience required. Internal mobility program, professional development fund.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of direct sales experience
- Ability to partner with System Integrators, Channel, and Alliance partners
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years direct and indirect selling experience in enterprise software
- 3+ years experience in application & application development space, SaaS, PaaS, Cloud offerings
- Strong technical sales background
- Ability to explain business value to executives
- Experienced managing complex sales processes
- Experience/Success with named account selling model
- Proven track record partnering with System Integrators and Channel Partners
Tasks
- Add new logos
- Manage the entire sales process from discovery to close
- Leverage network to gain selling opportunities
- Uncover and manage new selling opportunities in a geographic territory
- Develop relationships with C-level executives across business and IT units
- Execute a sales process to validate and qualify customer requirements
- Articulate the value proposition and ROI to business stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts
- Upsell and cross-sell
- Build customer rapport
- Achieve sales quotas quarterly and annually
- Develop a sales strategy for the allocated territory
- Create a target prospect list
- Develop a regional sales plan
- Work with partners to promote OutSystems solutions
- Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities
- Develop ongoing revenue streams from new and existing accounts
