Requirements
- Experience in institutional sales and relationship management
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- Track record in relationship management, business development, and revenue generation
- Demonstrated relationship and project management skills

- Fluency in German and English
- Demonstrated track record of sales to financial institutions

Tasks
- Achieve revenue and renewal goals by identifying and closing ESG sales prospects
- Upsell to existing clients
- Grow ISS' ESG market share and recognition in the investment management community
- Assess ESG market opportunities and update the sales plan for the territory
- Ensure detailed sales and renewal reporting and forecasting
- Collaborate with BDR and Marketing managers to define products and marketing plans
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Record client and prospect contacts in the CRM system
- Share industry and opportunity information with the sales group and other departments
