Requirements

  • Experience in institutional sales and relationship management
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • Track record in relationship management, business development, and revenue generation
  • Demonstrated relationship and project management skills
  • Excellent organizational and verbal skills
  • Personal and business integrity
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Demonstrated track record of sales to financial institutions
  • Genuine interest in Sustainable and Responsible investments
  • Knowledge of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research and topics

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • Achieve revenue and renewal goals by identifying and closing ESG sales prospects
  • Upsell to existing clients
  • Grow ISS' ESG market share and recognition in the investment management community
  • Assess ESG market opportunities and update the sales plan for the territory
  • Ensure detailed sales and renewal reporting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with BDR and Marketing managers to define products and marketing plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Record client and prospect contacts in the CRM system
  • Share industry and opportunity information with the sales group and other departments
