Tasks
- Drive customer success as trusted advisor
- Manage end-to-end customer portfolio
- Co-develop new value propositions
- Build trust-based customer relationships
- Grow annual contract values
- Translate impact into business value
- Lead renewal negotiations
- Drive upsell opportunities
- Expand reach within global enterprises
- Support customers' climate journey
- Build strong client relationships
- Coordinate internal expertise
- Deliver actionable sustainability guidance
- Represent customer voice internally
- Educate users on Net Zero journey
- Boost farm-level data collection
- Onboard sustainability managers
- Guide data collection efforts
- Ensure high data integrity
- Partner with trusted data sources
- Meet data coverage targets
- Collect and prioritize product feedback
- Drive on-farm emissions reduction
- Analyze CO₂ emission patterns
- Identify reduction opportunities
- Present actionable insights
- Support sustainability teams
- Communicate measures to farmers
