- Experience in Kanban, XP, DevOps

- Open-minded personality and teamwork skills
- Passion for Agility
- Experience with Scaled Agile approaches (LeSS or SAFe) beneficial
- Motivation to design next steps towards DevOps
- Proficient Business English
- French language skills are a major plus
Tasks
- Assist the Scrum Team in defining, refining, and managing the Sprint Backlog
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Retrospectives
- Coach the team on Agile Values and Principles in a motivating manner
- Help teams identify and remove impediments
- Ensure the backlog is kept up-to-date
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized Product Backlog
- Define sprint goals and ensure team commitment; analyze root causes for missed goals
- Drive continuous improvement for team members, processes, and products
- Define and track DORA metrics
- Support the team in planned experiments and the application of empiricism
- Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance Scrum effectiveness across the organization
