Requirements
- Degree in software testing, engineering or equivalent
- 4+ years manual testing experience
- 2+ years Test Management experience
- Ability to create comprehensive test documentation
- Knowledge of test data management concepts
- Experience in non-functional requirement testing
- Software testing certifications (ISTQB, CTFL) advantageous
- Practical experience working with JIRA
- Comfort with agile approaches
- Experience in fraud detection or payments
- English business fluent
Tasks
- Define the QA strategy and quality goals for the FRAMS product
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and pipelines
- Oversee the overarching test automation strategy
- Implement test plans for manual, performance, and security testing
- Integrate testing into continuous delivery and deployment pipelines
- Align test phase milestones with project management
- Supervise and manage a multi-country team of testers
- Participate in writing acceptance criteria across different levels
- Assign roles and conduct performance evaluations for the QA team
- Monitor quality metrics and report progress to stakeholders
- Manage reliable and compliant test environments and data
- Contribute directly to test execution
- Ensure tests meet timing and quality expectations
- Prioritize tasks to ensure the team works efficiently
- Update test environment strategies with squads and release managers
- Assess non-functional requirements like scalability and accessibility
