Requirements

• Degree in IT or IT-related fields, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years' Product Owner experience, ideally with Salesforce and Service Management exposure
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Quick understanding of SD Worx business
• Skill in translating business needs into actionable requirements
• Experience in Agile squads
• Experience in an international environment (asset)
• Strong process-oriented mindset with optimization drive
• Effective prioritization, deadline adherence, and performance under pressure
• Strong focus on scalability and standardization
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
• Ensuring clear understanding of team requirements
• Defining squad competencies with scrum master, agile coach, tribe lead
• Strong teamwork and flexible mindset
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proactive attitude and strong ownership
• Proven people leadership experience (e.g., team lead, chapter lead, coaching)
