Requirements

  • •Degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • •Proven experience in satellite operations
  • •Strong grasp of systems engineering principles
  • •Knowledge of earth observation mission operations
  • •Development skills in Java and Python
  • •Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • •Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • •Familiarity with ECSS standards
  • •Ability to rapidly expand knowledge sets
  • •Knowledge of satellite systems and components
  • •Engaging and social team-player spirit
  • •Ability to work autonomously and analytically
  • •Comfortable working in a distributed team
  • •Proficient English language skills
  • •Highly disciplined and reliable
  • •Goal-oriented, creative, and flexible
  • •Experience in mission operations environment

Education

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Operate satellites using established processes
  • •Participate in the on-call support program
  • •Create technical documentation and operational reports
  • •Improve nominal and contingency operational processes
  • •Contribute to the ongoing operational FDIR study
  • •Refine procedures for payload and platform software
  • •Verify and validate mission operations tools
