- •Serve as the technical authority for electro-optical payloads
- •Define payload specifications from mission objectives
- •Flow requirements down to instrument specifications
- •Conduct trade studies to select optimal payload solutions
- •Manage technical relationships with European camera suppliers
- •Oversee the procurement of electro-optical payloads
- •Develop performance models for imaging systems
- •Analyze parameters like GSD, MTF, and SNR
- •Oversee assembly, integration, and testing campaigns
- •Lead in-orbit commissioning and performance verification
- •Coordinate payload integration with satellite engineering teams
- •Manage power, thermal, and data constraints
- •Troubleshoot payload anomalies throughout the mission lifetime
