  • •Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and corresponding processes
  • •Knowledge in SAP Material Master Data
  • •Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and system architecture
  • •Ability to structure and develop frameworks and communicate them clearly

  • •Proven track record of agile project experience and management success
  • •Participation in a Salesforce project end-to-end
  • •Excellent English and German skills
