- Proven Revenue Operations experience in B2B SaaS/tech
- Understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise GTM
- Experience as business partner to senior stakeholders
- Track record in building sales processes, KPIs, forecasting
- Hands-on experience with forecasting, pipeline, quota planning
- Experience leveraging automation and AI for revenue processes
- Strong analytical and execution-oriented approach
- High credibility and ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to operate in international, cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Fluent German (professional level) and English
Tasks
- Advise CRO and senior leadership on global go-to-market strategy
- Design and own the commercial operating model
- Ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline transparency
- Optimize revenue generation with automation and AI
- Implement standardized end-to-end sales processes
- Foster sales professionalization and operational scalability
- Enhance pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy
- Identify funnel conversion optimization opportunities
- Embed AI-driven decision-making in commercial processes
- Define and own a global KPI framework
- Build and refine a data-driven forecasting model
- Drive forecasting cadence and leadership alignment
- Deploy and improve a unified lead qualification methodology
- Ensure adoption through enablement and performance tracking
- Analyze and benchmark sales progress
- Identify areas for process improvements and training
- Establish standards for global sales reviews
- Lead structured market reviews with top management
- Moderate a global exchange platform for best practices
- Promote cross-market learning and continuous improvement
- Provide quantitative insights to Managing Directors
- Enable data-driven go-to-market strategies
