Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in transformation, operations, or automation
  • Expertise in analyzing and redesigning process chains
  • Understanding of automation technologies (GenAI, conversational AI, workflow orchestration, self-service architectures)
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
  • Ability to lead cross-functional transformation programs
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on structural improvements
  • Stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders
  • Experience in international, cross-regional environments
  • Fluent English required
  • German language skills are a strong advantage

Tasks

  • Redesign and automate customer and supplier interactions
  • Act as the architect of an automation-first service ecosystem
  • Design and implement automation-first service models
  • Leverage GenAI, intelligent workflows, and self-service capabilities
  • Collaborate with Product teams on platform architecture
  • Drive alignment across Customer Success, Product, Operations, Pay, and Supply
  • Lead transformation initiatives from concept to execution
  • Ensure measurable business impact
  • Analyze and redesign operational workflows
  • Use structured process engineering methodologies
  • Standardize and scale processes for automation
  • Translate operational insights into product requirements
  • Embed service logic into platform functionality
  • Reduce dependency on manual support
  • Collaborate with technology providers and automation partners
  • Implement AI-driven solutions and orchestration capabilities
  • Identify root causes of recurring service issues
  • Drive systemic, long-term solutions
  • Avoid operational workarounds
