Requirements
- Complete measles vaccination required
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years experience
- Associate's Degree or 4+ years experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years experience
- Relevant sales, customer support, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
Tasks
- Sell Medtronic products remotely
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
- Identify and develop new business leads
- Close sales and refer internal leads
- Provide input on new markets and products
- Educate customers about company products
- Manage and resolve customer concerns
- Arrange product demonstrations
- Support field sales representatives
- Plan and execute sales activities
- Develop and expand existing accounts
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Set objectives for individual or team accounts
- Work on moderately complex accounts
- Understand market landscape and pricing
- Structure complex contracts with sales, marketing, and finance
- Recommend enhancements to sales processes
- Adjust account tactics to meet sales goals
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures
- Negotiate and present to external customers
- Communicate with vendors to manage relationships
- Receive general instructions on routine work
- Provide guidance to entry-level sales professionals
