As a Sales Recruiter in Frankfurt, you will actively seek out exceptional sales talent through diverse sourcing strategies, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a positive experience for candidates while meeting key performance indicators.

Requirements

• •1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• •Native fluency in German and excellent command of English
• •Strong understanding of sales roles
• •In-depth knowledge of CV sourcing beyond LinkedIn
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• •High attention to detail and confidentiality

Tasks

• •Leverage various talent sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent
• •Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs
• •Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings and resume screening
• •Conduct pre-screening calls and coordinate with internal teams
• •Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to job offer negotiation
• •Provide stakeholders with insights into talent markets and salary benchmarks
• •Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers
