Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in MidMarket/inside led sales
  • Proven people leadership, performance management, and coaching track record
  • Solid understanding of solution-oriented selling, acquisition, and complex sales cycles
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence in KPIs, dashboards, and CRM tools
  • Clear, empathetic leadership style driving results in dynamic environments
  • Experience with change, transformation, or scale-up environments is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written

Tasks

  • Own revenue, growth, and pipeline performance
  • Translate company and MidMarket strategy into priorities, KPIs, and sales motions
  • Drive pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and disciplined execution
  • Lead acquisition performance through structured campaigns and sales plays
  • Use data, financials, and CRM insights for fact-based decision making
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside and Client Managers
  • Establish a strong performance and coaching cadence
  • Conduct performance reviews, talent development discussions, and succession planning
  • Support strategic customers, key opportunities, and escalations
  • Collaborate with Presales, Specialists, Channel, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
