Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience, ideally aviation/aerospace
- Strong understanding of aircraft seating, cabin interiors, or related products (plus)
- Proven track record developing/maintaining customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Mandarin) an asset
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned region
- Efficiency with MS Office Applications

- Collaborate with internal departments for customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments for on-time project delivery
- Provide market feedback to management
- Provide competitive analysis to management
- Provide regional insights to management
- Represent ZIM Aircraft Seating at trade shows
- Represent ZIM Aircraft Seating at conferences
- Represent ZIM Aircraft Seating at customer meetings
