- Oversee pricing strategies and commercial negotiations
- Manage bids and contract processes
- Coordinate with Engineering and Production departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and flawless execution
- Represent the company at international trade shows
- Attend industry events and key customer meetings
- Report directly to the CEO
- Contribute to executive strategic decision-making
