Requirements
- •Experience in B2B sales or customer-facing commercial role
- •Consultative mindset and interest in understanding customer needs
- •Comfort working in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and professional English
- •Willingness to spend time onboarding with the team
- •Experience in SaaS, tech, or subscription-based business models
- •Experience using a CRM system (e.g. HubSpot)
- •Enjoyment of working in early-stage or evolving environments

Tasks
- •Build and manage the end-to-end sales journey in the Netherlands
- •Connect with Dutch craft businesses through thoughtful outreach
- •Conduct consultative product demos focusing on customer needs
- •Represent plancraft authentically at online demos and events
- •Collaborate with the Sales Lead and Country Lead to improve the sales approach
- •Capture customer feedback and market insights for refining messaging
- •Contribute ideas to support sustainable growth in the NL market
