- •English at minimum C1 level
- •2+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales
- •Strong track record in closing deals
- •Solid CRM experience
- •Self-starter entrepreneurial mindset
- •Comfortable working in fast-changing environments
- •Experience selling SaaS into construction or skilled trades sector
- •Knowledge and experience in working with Hubspot
- •Familiarity with outbound prospecting and creative lead generation
- •Experience working in startups or early-market environments

- •Convert leads into paying customers
- •Qualify leads and conduct tailored demos
- •Follow up consistently with potential customers
- •Manage the full customer lifecycle
- •Provide onboarding and activation support
- •Execute daily sales activities with high quality
- •Maintain strong CRM hygiene and documentation
- •Collaborate with the BDM Italy on localization
- •Facilitate customer communication and feedback loops
- •Report weekly on lead flow and performance metrics
- •Share insights on customer experiences
- •Support outbound experiments and targeted outreach
- •Contribute to optimizing the sales process
- •Improve structure and efficiency with the Expansion Lead
- •Help prepare the sales playbook and market learnings
