Requirements
- •M.Sc. (Eng.), B.Sc. (Eng.), B.B.A. or equivalent
- •Experience in technology-based project sales or execution
- •Excellent customer focus and service-oriented mindset
- •Understanding of Wood panel and Mineral Wool industry, Energy industry as advantage
- •Knowledge of flue gas treatment, wet electrostatic precipitator and industry processes
- •Excellent communication, influencing and negotiations skills
- •Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
- •High level of commitment and proactive approach
- •Fluent in English and German, both written and oral, other languages are an asset
- •Willingness to travel mainly within EMEA

- •Identify customer needs and lead the proposal team
- •Combine Valmet technologies with value-added services
- •Navigate Valmet's matrix organization effectively
- •Oversee technical and commercial negotiations
- •Ensure customer satisfaction with contractual terms
- •Create new business opportunities proactively
- •Build relationships and trust with customers
- •Conduct customer care and marketing activities for flue gas treatment
