Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or comparable
  • Experience in technical sales of a semiconductor company
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English or German
  • Experience in the automotive market is an advantage

Tasks

  • Manage European automotive accounts
  • Drive new design-ins through customer relationships
  • Plan and achieve sales budget and design-in targets
  • Prepare and conduct annual pricing negotiations
  • Collaborate with the key account team on strategy
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Assist customers with design-in developments
  • Present ROHM's value proposition to competitors
  • Provide consolidated customer requirements to marketing and product managers
  • Define new products and enhancements for growth
