Tasks

  • Lead Hasbro’s commercial performance in CEE and GSA
  • Deliver sustainable profitable growth
  • Develop and execute customer strategy
  • Manage investment governance and senior customer partnerships
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve brand and portfolio priorities
  • Interface with European/Regional Sales Leadership and key partners
  • Deliver budgeted net sales, operating margin, and investment targets
  • Manage risks and opportunities through gap analysis and corrective action
  • Lead annual and in-year business planning
  • Develop multi-year commercial strategies aligned with brand priorities
  • Drive joint business plans with priority customers and partners
  • Set shared KPIs, cadence, and governance for mutual growth
  • Optimize brand representation, shelf presence, and retailer execution
  • Build and maintain executive-level partnerships with key retail customers
  • Lead key customer meetings and complex negotiations
  • Develop and ensure compliant trading terms
  • Manage trade investment and allowance strategy
  • Ensure performance-based investment and clear ROI discipline
  • Develop customer profitability views and decision frameworks
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Supply/Planning, and Category teams
  • Share best practices across European/Global sales leadership
  • Lead cross-market initiatives to improve performance
  • Recruit, develop, and retain talent
  • Set clear objectives and coach for impact
  • Run consistent performance and succession planning
  • Model leadership behaviors: growth mindset, accountability, risk-taking, resilience, and stakeholder management
