Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience after university, preferably in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Outbound or comparable customer-facing role
  • Fluent English and at least one of Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Swedish
  • Strong motivation for long-term Sales career with drive to achieve results
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environment, adaptable
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, social), ability to engage and build relationships
  • Creative, well-organized, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and curious attitude
  • Solid business acumen and technical aptitude
  • Experience with CRM tools, ability to leverage social media and research for lead identification/qualification
  • Background checks required
  • Access to information subject to U.S. export control regulations may be required

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new opportunities
  • Follow up on inbound leads

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Partner with senior sales executives
  • Drive revenue in your territory
  • Represent Arctic Wolf at events and tradeshows
  • Build relationships with prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Consistently achieve and exceed targets
  • Share feedback and best practices
  • Protect company data according to security policies
