Tasks
- Generate new business opportunities
- Identify Enterprise leads
- Qualify Enterprise leads
- Nurture Enterprise leads
- Generate pipeline with Account Executives/Managers
- Grow customer base with Account Executives/Managers
- Source opportunities for Sales Org
- Qualify leads for Sales Org
- Work inbound leads
- Work outbound leads
- Perform 80 touches per day
- Communicate with IT personnel
- Communicate with C-level executives
- Acquire knowledge of DigiCert solutions
- Maintain knowledge of DigiCert solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers
- Uncover prospective customer needs
- Qualify prospective customer needs
- Understand prospective customer business processes
- Identify prospective customer projects
- Determine prospective customer requirements
- Ascertain potential solutions for prospects
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns
- Demonstrate initiative through ad-hoc projects
- Demonstrate creativity through ad-hoc projects
- Demonstrate collaboration through ad-hoc projects
