Tasks
- Qualify leads at initial sales stages
- Research potential customers
- Connect with and educate prospects on product offerings
- Turn leads into qualified opportunities
- Partner with marketing and sales for lead generation campaigns
- Identify and qualify prospective customers for KnowBe4’s products
- Develop opportunities from prospecting and marketing leads
- Implement outbound prospecting to engage buyers
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on strategic approaches
- Develop and execute prospecting plans with email and call scripts
- Track qualification and lead management in Salesforce.com
- Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification in Salesforce.com and Salesloft
- Provide detailed information to regional sales teams for productive demos
