Tasks
- Provide timely, quality-focused business analysis
- Support business stakeholders and project managers
- Drive successful project delivery
- Identify improvement initiatives
- Propose practical solutions
- Manage implementation of initiatives
- Understand business needs, opportunities, and risks
- Prepare feasibility studies
- Communicate business cases
- Conduct risk assessments
- Perform impact analyses
- Support work estimation
- Plan and report on analytical activities
- Update status within agreed scope and timelines
- Develop annual and monthly Sales Business Plan
- Plan production, shipment, wholesale, retail, and stock
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment
- Make decisions with manufacturing plants, NSCs, HQ, and internal stakeholders
- Support mid-term sales planning
- Ensure alignment with product strategy and market demand
- Consolidate market-level sales forecasts
- Maintain data accuracy and timely updates
- Act as coordination interface between Sales Operations and Product Planning
- Contribute to KPI definition and consolidation
- Ensure alignment with HQ and top management
- Prepare structured analyses and reports
- Deliver presentations to senior stakeholders
