LCV Business & Channel Strategy Manager(m/w/x)
Developing LCV sales channel strategies and optimizing dealer networks. 5+ years automotive sales strategy experience required. Flexible hours, hybrid work, car sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years sales strategy, business development, or sales management experience, preferably in automotive (Light Commercial Vehicles)
- Sufficient knowledge in technical, scientific, or specialised field; understanding of theoretical concepts, principles, and context
- Strong understanding of European fleet market, key customer segments, and industry trends
- Proven experience managing dealer networks and optimizing sales channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM, fleet management software, and relevant tools
Tasks
- Drive analysis and communication of strategic insights
- Improve sales force effectiveness and productivity
- Ensure tools and processes support the sales team
- Align brand strategies with sales force execution
- Identify and address gaps and opportunities
- Define and implement channel strategies
- Optimize dealer and distribution networks in Europe
- Develop and execute LCV fleet sales strategy
- Focus on corporate, government, and large business segments
- Build relationships with key fleet customers
- Manage relationships with leasing companies and channel partners
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Identify trends and customer needs
- Monitor competitive activities
- Set and track sales targets for fleet and channel segments
- Align sales targets with business objectives
- Collaborate with regional sales teams
- Work with marketing, finance, and operations
