Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years sales strategy, business development, or sales management experience, preferably in automotive (Light Commercial Vehicles)
  • Sufficient knowledge in technical, scientific, or specialised field; understanding of theoretical concepts, principles, and context
  • Strong understanding of European fleet market, key customer segments, and industry trends
  • Proven experience managing dealer networks and optimizing sales channels
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM, fleet management software, and relevant tools

Tasks

  • Drive analysis and communication of strategic insights
  • Improve sales force effectiveness and productivity
  • Ensure tools and processes support the sales team
  • Align brand strategies with sales force execution
  • Identify and address gaps and opportunities
  • Define and implement channel strategies
  • Optimize dealer and distribution networks in Europe
  • Develop and execute LCV fleet sales strategy
  • Focus on corporate, government, and large business segments
  • Build relationships with key fleet customers
  • Manage relationships with leasing companies and channel partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Identify trends and customer needs
  • Monitor competitive activities
  • Set and track sales targets for fleet and channel segments
  • Align sales targets with business objectives
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams
  • Work with marketing, finance, and operations
