Sales Account Manager(m/w/x)
Managing customer accounts and securing new programs for combustion, hybrid, and electric powertrain technologies. SAP R/3 knowledge and a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or business administration required. Approx. 20% travel expected.

- Confident use of Microsoft Office products
- SAP R/3 knowledge
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience
Tasks
- Manage customer accounts and ensure compliance with contracts, pricing, and terms
- Develop strategies to secure new programs and achieve profitable growth
- Define long-term business outlook in terms of volume and pricing
- Facilitate communication between plants and customers for timely deliveries and payments
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Create proactive plans and follow up on new business opportunities to meet sales targets
- Support strategic and commercial evaluations of new projects
- Prepare quotation letters and negotiate prices with customers
- Negotiate project and client-specific contract terms
- Conduct customer forecasting and long-term planning
- Track project financial situations and implement recovery strategies if needed
- Coordinate global customer issues as necessary
- Review contracts with the legal department to ensure compliance with company policies
- Monitor market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments
