  • Facilitate communication between plants and customers for timely deliveries and payments
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Create proactive plans and follow up on new business opportunities to meet sales targets
  • Support strategic and commercial evaluations of new projects
  • Prepare quotation letters and negotiate prices with customers
  • Negotiate project and client-specific contract terms
  • Conduct customer forecasting and long-term planning
  • Track project financial situations and implement recovery strategies if needed
  • Coordinate global customer issues as necessary
  • Review contracts with the legal department to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Monitor market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments
