Requirements
- •University degree or comparable technical degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- •Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in reverse engineering, hardware analysis, or similar technical role
- •Solid understanding of power electronics, low-voltage systems, and embedded systems
- •Proficiency with diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters), software/hardware analysis tools, and debugging utilities
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Structured, self-driven, and able to work independently
- •Collaborative mindset working closely with diverse experts internally and externally
- •Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- •Strong capabilities in English (spoken and written); German is a plus
- •Strong organizational and task management abilities
- •Process and KPI driven mindset with hands-on mentality
- •Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous

- •Perform reverse engineering of electronic devices and embedded systems
- •Analyze root causes of hardware and software failures
- •Propose corrective actions for identified issues
- •Challenge and analyze suppliers' 8D-reports for defects
- •Identify second sources for consumables and spare parts
- •Establish partnerships with electronic manufacturers for component repairs
- •Document findings and methodologies in technical reports
- •Conduct quality assurance checks for compliance with specifications
- •Collaborate with engineering and field service teams to enhance product reliability
- •Maintain accurate records of analysis and inventory movements
- •Assist in developing reverse engineering procedures and safety protocols
- •Participate in improvement projects and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- •Extract, analyze, and update firmware and software from target equipment
