Requirements

  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong end-to-end commercial FMCG understanding
  • Demonstrated execution to high standards
  • Deep personal accountability for performance

Tasks

  • Facilitate the development of a commercial plan
  • Oversee execution of the commercial plan
  • Measure performance against goals
  • Identify and implement strategies for performance improvement
  • Partner with finance, innovation, and marketing teams
  • Allocate Trade spend and A&P for growth drivers
  • Serve as an expert in price and promotion strategies
  • Establish pack and price architecture for trade channels
  • Identify revenue and margin expansion opportunities
  • Set executional standards with commercial directors
  • Champion a revenue management culture within Diageo DACH
