Tasks
- •Facilitate the development of a commercial plan
- •Oversee execution of the commercial plan
- •Measure performance against goals
- •Identify and implement strategies for performance improvement
- •Partner with finance, innovation, and marketing teams
- •Allocate Trade spend and A&P for growth drivers
- •Serve as an expert in price and promotion strategies
- •Establish pack and price architecture for trade channels
- •Identify revenue and margin expansion opportunities
- •Set executional standards with commercial directors
- •Champion a revenue management culture within Diageo DACH
