You will drive strategic readiness at EUCOM by optimizing workforce management and program evaluations. Your day-to-day involves using data-driven insights to advise leadership and streamline mission-critical operations.

Requirements

• •Experience designing workforce management strategies
• •Experience with MILPERS or CIVPERS systems
• •Leadership advisory on organizational design
• •Communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• •Experience briefing senior leaders
• •Experience leading program evaluation initiatives
• •Organizational and administrative support ability
• •Task management process improvement skills
• •TS/SCI clearance
• •Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• •Ideally experience supporting DoD or IC
• •Ideally experience aligning defense workflows
• •Ideally experience conducting quantitative analysis
• •Ideally experience using Microsoft Office
• •Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Tasks

• •Analyze and assess manpower trends
• •Integrate EUCOM and DIA policies
• •Streamline manning processes for mission performance
• •Oversee military and civilian personnel management systems
• •Coordinate staff communication for manning actions
• •Design and implement workforce management strategies
• •Advise leadership on organizational design and efficiency
• •Engage stakeholders to align evaluation outcomes
• •Brief senior leaders on strategic initiatives
• •Prepare high-quality reports and presentations
• •Lead program evaluation and performance metric development
• •Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
