- Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community organizations
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Aligning CCMD or DIA workflows with mission objectives
- Conducting quantitative analysis and applying data-driven insights
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance required
Tasks
- Provide mission-critical support to EUCOM
- Drive effective program evaluation and workforce alignment
- Analyze and assess complex programs
- Integrate EUCOM policies and streamline staff processes
- Enhance mission performance through organizational improvement
- Enable leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions
- Oversee task management systems for timely communication
- Ensure coordinated communication across staff
- Utilize analytical skills and strategic thinking for impact

- Design and implement workforce management strategies
- Brief senior leaders and prepare high-quality reports
- Lead program evaluation initiatives and develop performance metrics
