- Coordinate staff communication for manning actions
- Design and implement workforce management strategies
- Advise leadership on organizational design and efficiency
- Engage stakeholders to align evaluation outcomes
- Brief senior leaders on strategic initiatives
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations
- Lead program evaluation and performance metric development
- Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Manage and allocate resources for program impact
- Improve task management and compliance processes
- Align defense workflows with mission objectives
- Conduct quantitative analysis for program evaluation
- Utilize Microsoft Office for data and reporting
