Description

In this role, you will engage in innovative technology development for MEMS sensors, collaborating with experts to create wafer processes and ensuring quality from development to production. Your work will blend hands-on laboratory tasks with strategic evaluations and coordination.

Requirements

• •Systematic working practice, decisiveness, ability to work under pressure
• •Several years of relevant professional experience or PhD, very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics, and semiconductor technology, knowledge of relevant analytical methods beneficial, excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships
• •Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• •Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering, natural sciences, physics, chemistry, material sciences, or a comparable qualification

Tasks

• •Drive innovative technology developments for complex products
• •Schedule project timelines and act as a customer interface
• •Implement development goals within a team of experts
• •Develop wafer processes for micromechanical product manufacturing
• •Conduct hands-on work in the clean room and laboratory
• •Utilize new technologies and materials for process development
• •Perform technical and economic evaluations of new processes
• •Coordinate internal interfaces in development and manufacturing
• •Oversee the development process from inception to series production
• •Collaborate with research institutes for basic development
• •Manage quality assessments and process releases
