- •Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for Eastern Europe
- •Plan market entry, segmentation, and positioning
- •Drive initial customer acquisition and market presence
- •Build a scalable foundation for long-term growth
- •Guide the team through complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- •Collaborate with partners to navigate IT, security, and procurement
- •Manage pipeline with accurate forecasting and risk visibility
- •Identify and address pipeline gaps and opportunities

- •Partner with Growth and Partnerships for funnel alignment
- •Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Customer Engagement teams
