Tasks
- Implement regional sales plans aligned with global goals
- Manage the regional sales operating rhythm and performance reviews
- Define and monitor regional KPIs and operational metrics
- Analyze performance insights to drive sales actions
- Lead end-to-end sales and demand forecasting
- Validate pipeline hygiene and opportunity close plans
- Identify pipeline gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct win/loss and pipeline conversion analyses
- Streamline sales processes to increase efficiency
- Drive regional CRM adoption and data discipline
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work
- Support territory design and account segmentation
- Partner with leadership on headcount and onboarding planning
- Coordinate regional Sales Ops programs with global teams
- Align with marketing on campaign performance and SLAs
- Collaborate with supply chain to improve quote-to-order execution
