Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • 15+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations
  • Experience in sales operations, forecasting, and CRM governance
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
  • High proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and data simplification skills
  • Experience operating in regional, multi-country environments
  • Fluent English and advantageous German skills

Tasks

  • Implement regional sales plans aligned with global goals
  • Manage the regional sales operating rhythm and performance reviews
  • Define and monitor regional KPIs and operational metrics
  • Analyze performance insights to drive sales actions
  • Lead end-to-end sales and demand forecasting
  • Validate pipeline hygiene and opportunity close plans
  • Identify pipeline gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Conduct win/loss and pipeline conversion analyses
  • Streamline sales processes to increase efficiency
  • Drive regional CRM adoption and data discipline
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work
  • Support territory design and account segmentation
  • Partner with leadership on headcount and onboarding planning
  • Coordinate regional Sales Ops programs with global teams
  • Align with marketing on campaign performance and SLAs
  • Collaborate with supply chain to improve quote-to-order execution
