- Deliver tailored thermal solutions for complex requirements
- Develop and execute customer-based sales strategies
- Identify new market opportunities across the region
- Forecast and manage regional sales performance
- Ensure alignment with GSAM and Silent Aire leadership
- Oversee team capability and professional development
- Provide technical solution leadership for customers
- Deliver high-quality customer engagement consistently
- Manage secured growth and account profitability
- Coordinate demand planning and accurate forecasting
- Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships
- Support complex negotiations and account expansion
- Collaborate with global product and operations teams
- Partner with service, marketing, and finance departments
