- •Lead a team of Account Executives focused on strategic Manufacturing Enterprise customers
- •Drive enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance customer engagement with technology
- •Recruit, inspire, and retain top-tier sales talent
- •Provide mentorship to team members on value-based selling and career progression
- •Foster an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives
- •Implement rigorous sales methodologies with emotional intelligence
- •Ensure transparency in communications with customers and stakeholders
- •Promote ethical competition based on solution merit
- •Take ownership of team actions and ensure compliance with ethical standards
- •Cultivate a dynamic team culture that empowers success
- •Develop and implement the Go-To-Market strategy for the territory
- •Lead high-level client meetings to support Account Executives
- •Conduct weekly revenue forecast meetings and report on sales activity
- •Identify competency gaps and coach Account Executives on closing strategies
- •Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruiting and training
- •Monitor and refine sales activities to improve efficiency and win rates
