  • University degree in quality management
  • Several years of experience in quality management
  • Experience in manufacturing industries (ideally packaging / FCMG)
  • Strong expertise in quality assurance
  • Strong expertise in customer and supplier quality
  • Strong expertise in complaint management
  • Strong expertise in structured problem solving
  • Strong expertise in audits
  • Deep knowledge of RCA methodology
  • Deep knowledge of 8D methodology
  • Deep knowledge of FMEA methodology
  • Deep knowledge of SPC methodology
  • Deep knowledge of CAPA methodology
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Ability to develop people
  • Ability to develop capabilities
  • Ability to develop organizations
  • Strong communication skills in international environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in international environment
  • Good understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with IMS
  • Fluency in English
  • High willingness to travel within the region
