  • Knowledge of statistical processes and problem-solving
  • Business acumen, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Auditing certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer and consumer focus
  • High decision quality and problem solving

Tasks

  • Lead technical and scientific professionals in the DACH region
  • Manage direct reports and indirect manufacturing facility teams
  • Execute regional and global quality programs
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements
  • Drive quality commitment at the plant level
  • Monitor and direct corrective actions for quality KPIs
  • Partner with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing departments
  • Represent the quality function in senior management meetings
  • Solve business problems using in-depth technical expertise
  • Facilitate communities of practice on quality topics
  • Identify quality enhancements across the supply chain
  • Coordinate special situations and early warning investigations
  • Perform root-cause analysis to protect consumers
  • Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement
