- University degree and several years of experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, lean management, supply chain, or process improvement
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operational KPIs, and performance management systems
- Practical experience with continuous improvement, structured problem solving, change management, and project management
- Proven experience leading teams, developing people, and building organizational capabilities across multiple sites or countries
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on and pragmatic approach
- Experience with digital tools, automation, reporting systems, or data-driven performance management
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in international environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with understanding of business cases, cost structures, and value creation
- Fluency in English
- High willingness to travel within the region

- Build a strong continuous improvement culture

- Lead and coordinate regional OPEX and Smart Operations activities
- Support the development of local OPEX Managers
- Identify performance gaps and inefficiencies
- Conduct structured plant analyses and benchmarking
- Perform operational reviews
- Drive cost efficiency and value creation
- Optimize materials, labor, energy, and processes
- Set high standards in problem solving
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Execute improvement projects
- Promote digitalization and automation
- Support data-driven decision-making
- Enhance operational performance and process efficiency
