Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, production management, and industrialization principles
- 2-3+ years experience in operations and lean/continuous improvement projects
- Good communication, active listening, and proactive problem-solving/decision-making skills
- Strong ability to network locations, benchmark, and harmonize processes internationally
- Knowledge of AIT processes and technical know-how in mechanics, metrology, cleanroom operation
- Proven coaching/training competencies, leadership, and assertiveness
- Good knowledge and experience of lean manufacturing and lean problem solving
- Experience leading lean manufacturing workshops (kaizen, VSM, 5S)
- Coaching skills and communication competences
- Ability to inspire and give meaning
- Aeronautical manufacturing basics
- Fluency in English
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity

Tasks
- Define and deploy operational ways of working
- Influence management and teams on industrial strategy
- Advise plant stakeholders on business priorities
- Deploy and update business improvement roadmaps
- Trigger new Lean standards definition
- Set up and support governance and steering
- Secure deployment roadmap content
- Contribute to Turnaround and Improvement projects
- Facilitate workshops on complex topics
- Run and facilitate Gembas and shop floor exercises
- Lead industrial task forces
- Achieve results through PPS and Lessons Learned
- Design coaching and mentoring strategies
- Transfer knowledge to local plant teams
- Support implementation of improvement solutions
- Identify and escalate competence gaps
- Promote internal good practices and external benchmarking
