- •Recognized security certifications (CISSP, CRISC, CISM)

- •Experience working across EMEA boundaries
- •Experience working remotely from stakeholders
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Proficient English and German language skills

- •Collaborate with regulatory, compliance, and legal bodies
- •Align operations with NIS2, GDPR, and data laws
- •Advise regional leadership on cybersecurity initiatives
- •Tailor security requirements to local business objectives
- •Manage business communications during security incidents
- •Coordinate incident response workflows with SOC teams
- •Deliver localized security awareness and tabletop exercises
- •Adapt global materials for regional cultural relevance
- •Review and improve EMEA's overall security posture
