- •Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related
- •Experience in information security management
- •Recognized security certifications and technology familiarity
- •Experience working across EMEA boundaries
- •Experience working remotely from supervisors
- •Excellent communication and analytical skills
- •Proficiency in English and German
- •Willingness to travel up to 20%

Tasks
- •Act as the primary liaison for information security and risk management across EMEA
- •Promote a cybersecurity culture through targeted engagement and awareness communications
- •Build trust-based relationships with regional business leaders and affiliates
- •Enforce information security governance frameworks and standards within EMEA operations
- •Enhance regional security reporting metrics to provide stakeholder insights
- •Provide EMEA-specific inputs for global risk assessments and vulnerability management
- •Collaborate with regulatory bodies and legal teams on compliance needs
- •Align security policies with NIS2, GDPR, and local data protection laws
- •Advise regional leadership on cybersecurity initiatives and cross-functional alignment
- •Tailor security requirements to support local business objectives and risk tolerances
- •Manage business-facing communication during security incidents or investigations
- •Coordinate with SOC and incident response teams on stakeholder messaging
- •Localize global awareness efforts and tabletop exercises for regional audiences
- •Adapt global materials to ensure regional and cultural relevance
- •Review and improve the regional security posture based on affiliate feedback
