Requirements

Tasks

  • •Develop and manage components of the Group Compliance Management System
  • •Provide guidance to Country Compliance Officers in the region
  • •Drive optimization of Compliance Management in the region
  • •Convey and apply Group Compliance standards in the region
  • •Collaborate with Country Compliance teams and act as a liaison to Group Compliance & Data Protection
  • •Create compliance synergies between countries in the region
  • •Oversee execution of risk assessments focusing on corruption and human rights
  • •Manage compliance reporting for the region
  • •Handle critical compliance investigations and incidents
  • •Support international compliance projects for Group Compliance & Data Protection
  • •Manage compliance communication through various media channels
